Happy Monday!

What’s your morning discipline? Is it the same every morning or are you waking up late and usually running out the door in chaos?

Did you notice I didn’t ask, “What is your morning habit?” Discipline takes work to achieve and not everyone sticks with it. Habits can be good or bad and are something we don’t think about. And because we don’t think about our habits, we could be living out bad routines for years of our life.

Discipline is the key to freedom. Freedom with your health. Freedom with your relationships. Freedom in your jobs. Freedom in life.

As you work to become more disciplined you will find that you are actually more in control, have more time, and have more choices because now you have more freedom to do the things you want to do.

So, this month, instead of focusing on habits, focus on building your discipline.
