Happy Monday!

The self-talk happening in your head can either spring your forward or hold you back. One important skill to master is learning how to truly listen to others in communication, but also learning how to listen to how you communicate with yourself. Many of us talk to ourselves worse than anyone else will ever talk to us.

When you start catching these lies and limited beliefs that you are telling yourself it can become extremely liberating because now you can start changing your reality. You can start talking back to those lies and limited beliefs happening between your ears.

When you hear yourself say, “I can’t lose weight because I’m not disciplined,” counter it with “Just because I haven’t been successful in the past does not mean I can not lose weight now. Keep your opinions to yourself.”

Your limitations are because of what you put on yourself. But your huge potential that is within you, can also be released by seeing yourself differently and talking to yourself differently.

Be GREAT Today!
