Why do I often write about struggles and fighting through the process instead of what to eat and how to eat? Because if you can’t see things differently no matter what is taught to you about food, it won’t last. Once motivation runs out, you will quit.

If you understand that life is a journey. If you understand, obstacles are part of the process. If you can understand that the struggle is part of getting stronger, then when motivation fades, you will be able to sustain towards your goals. Change your mindset, change your life.

And even better, you will inspire someone else along the way and make this world a little place better for all of us.
